FAQ
Water Wise™
What is Deep Hydration®?
Deep Hydration® occurs when both our body and cells receive the necessary water to support vital functions. Pure water (H20 only) is a neutral substance that has a pH of 7 and rarely, if ever exists in nature. Deep Hydration® is water that can effectively pass into our cells, contains a source of available energy in the form of electrons and has a pH higher than 7. In addition, it would not contain harmful contaminants.
How much Jovē should I drink?
The amount of Jovē one should drink depends on several factors such as gender, height, weight, activity level and diet. It is important to drink Jovē throughout the day as part of your daily hydration. Our clinical study participants drank approximately 1 liter per day. To get started, a good approach would be to drink 1/2 liter in the morning and another 1/2 liter in the afternoon/early evening and see how this works for you. When you first start drinking Jovē, you may notice “nature calling” a bit more than usual… this is normal and a sign that it’s working – your body will normalize when optimal hydration is achieved. You may also be inclined to drink more Jovē when working to achieve a healthy hydration level. The adjustment in hydration usually takes place within the first 1-2 weeks of regular use.
What are the signs of dehydration?
According to medical experts, signs of dehydration include thirst, less frequent urination, dark-colored urine, fatigue, irritability, dull, dry skin, poor sleep, dizziness, and confusion. Conversely, staying hydrated supports physical and mental performance and overall well-being.
Where can I purchase Jovē?
You can find Jovē Water in most Publix Stores, Giant Stores, Earth Fare and on Amazon.
Why use plastic bottles?
We recognize the importance of being good stewards of our earth and therefore evaluated all options for packaging. The PET (also abbreviated PETE) bottle was determined to be the best solution at this time for many reasons.
PET is short for polyethylene terephthalate, the chemical name for polyester. It is a clear, strong, and lightweight plastic that is widely used for packaging foods and beverages, especially convenience-sized soft drinks, juices, and water. PET is approved as safe for contact with foods and beverages by the FDA and health-safety agencies throughout the world. The safety of PET for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and medical applications has been repeatedly demonstrated through extensive studies, regulatory approvals, testing, and its widespread acceptance for more than 30 years. PET does not contain bisphenol-A (BPA) or phthalates (plasticizers).
Beverages packed in PET have the smallest carbon footprint of all packaged drinks and PET Water Bottles use substantially fewer resources to make packaging as compared to Aluminum cans, Beverage Cartons, Glass bottles and PET Soda Bottles.
• Lower average container weight
• Lowest greenhouse emissions
• Least fossil fuel use
• Lowest water use
• Lowest landfill compared to all major containers
PET is completely recyclable and is the most recycled plastic in the U.S and worldwide. We encourage all to recycle their Jovē bottles.

Amazing Science
How is Jovē different from other premium and alkaline waters?
Jovē water is clinically shown to provide skin and cellular hydration to affect the symptoms of dehydration which include dry, dull skin, fatigue, irritability and poor sleep. Jovē’s proprietary water technology contains a patented liquid silica, an essential mineral that increases alkalinity and supports healthy hair, skin, nails and bones, and is charged with electrons, a primary source of energy for our body and cells.
How is Jovē produced?
Jovē is produced through a patent pending Advanced Cellular Hydration Technology which includes 3 steps:
1. Purity: Our 9-step Reverse Osmosis process purifies the water to a super clean state free of contaminants
2. Essential Mineral: We infuse our water with a patented liquid silica, an essential mineral that increases alkalinity.
3. Cellular Energy: We then charge the infused water with an abundance of electrons, a primary source of energy. We call them the Spark of Life™.
What’s in the water?
Jovē is 100% purified water with trace amounts of a patented liquid silica and is charged with electrons, a primary source of energy. Silica provides the element silicon which is one of the foundational minerals our bodies’ use to support health. When silica is infused with free electrons, the “spark of life”, it releases energy inside the body. Your skin, nails, hair, bones, teeth, joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue all need silica. Silica also helps to strengthen the connective tissues of the brain, nerve cells, and spinal cord.
What’s not in our water?
Impurities and contaminants can be found in tap water and in bottled water for that matter. And untreated water can include micro-plastics, fluoride, chlorine, rust, sediments, bacteria, parasites, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, industrial chemicals, tri-halomethanes, heavy metals, organic chemicals, particulates and mold (wow, that is a lot). In addition to not containing any of these, Jovē is also free of sugar, gluten, fluoride, artificial flavor or color. It also does not contain FDA-designated allergens including; milk, eggs, peanuts, tree, nuts, fish, shellfish, soy and wheat.
Will I feel a difference drinking Jovē?
This will depend on your personal level of hydration and well-being. Studies show that feeling irritable, sluggish, having poor sleep and dry skin can all be associated with even mild dehydration (1-3% of body weight). When Jovē water is consumed throughout the day as part of daily hydration, consumers report a sense of improved mental and physical well-being.
What are the Clinical Studies?
Jovē has conducted six separate double-blind, placebo controlled clinical studies through third party laboratories to study the affect of Jovē on hydration. Three have been In-Vitro (Cellular) studies and three have been In-Vivo (Human) studies. The results have undergone a scientific review to adhere to regulatory compliance.
